New prices for you as a hallon customer as of May 1st, 2023

Due to the world situation and inflation, our costs have become higher. Therefore, an adjustment in our prices will be implemented on 1st of May 2023. You will find all the information about the price adjustment on this page.

Changes in the price of mobile subscriptions for private customers
As of May 1st, 2023, we will make changes to our prices of our mobile subscriptions for private customers. You can see the new prices here. Our mobile subscriptions are increased by 10 SEK/month and Extra users 20 SEK/month. Information about your subscription can be found in the email you received from us.

If you have a discount on your subscription, it will be applied as usual.

Changes to the price of SMS abroad
We will start charging a fee for sending SMS from Sweden abroad. SMS from Sweden will now cost 0.49 SEK/SMS when sent to EU/EES and 0,99 SEK/SMS to the rest of the world (incl. VAT). This will apply as of May 1, 2023. 

Note! Web-based messaging services, such as WhatsApp or iMessage, do not bring any extra cost and as usual only consume your monthly data plan.

We enable the possibility to use 5G
We at hallon can give you as a customer the good news that we will also activate the possibility of using 5G on all our mobile subscriptions for private customers. 5G will be activated automatically on your subscription as of May 1, 2023.

Why are you making these changes?
Unfortunately, like everyone else, we are affected by ongoing inflation and the world climate and therefore need to make these changes.

Will I keep my subscription discount?
Yes, if you have a discount on your subscription, you will keep it throughout the agreed period for the discount.

Do I keep my saved data?
Yes, your saved data is not affected by the change.

When will my new price be applied?
Your new price will be applied from May 1st, 2023.

Can I change or terminate my subscription?
As usual, there is no binding period or notice period and you can change or cancel your subscription at any time via Mina sidor.

Do you have the right to make changes to my contract?
Yes, as we have no binding period in our contracts, our general terms and conditions allow us to make changes to your contract as long as we notify you 30 days before the change is made.

When will I get 5G?
5G will be automatically activated on all subscriptions on May 1st, 2023.

How do I know if I can use 5G?
To use 5G, you need to be in an area where there is 5G coverage and have a mobile phone that supports the 5G network.

I already canceled my subscription in March, why did I receive an email from you about the price changes?
You have received this email because we have an obligation to notify all our customers of any changes we make to our conditions. If your subscription has already been terminated, you can ignore this information as the changes will take effect on May 1st, 2023.
